Job Description:
- We are seeking a creatively minded and independent Senior Environment Artist to join our dynamic team working on an exciting project. A portfolio demonstrating your work is essential. If you are interested in full-time remote work from any country within two hours of Central European Time, we can offer you a freelance contract arrangement.

As a Senior Environment Artist, you will play a key role in shaping the visual landscape of our project.:
- Collaborate with the lead artist and team to ensure alignment between the vision and implementation of environment assets, Follow style guides to maintain consistency within the game, Develop believable and photorealistic environments using CRYENGINE, Create game-ready assets while adhering to technical limitations, Supervise and mentor junior artists to foster their development, Provide and accept direction effectively, Explore new technologies to achieve optimal results on designated platforms, Work within interdisciplinary teams, including artists and level designers, Collaborate with the tech-art department to enhance workflow efficiency, Coordinate with other studio groups such as level design and production to meet project goals, Complete all tasks in a timely manner and uphold high-quality standards, Demonstrate a commitment to learning and professional growth, Have a keen eye for detail in level design and scene composition

Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of experience in game development
- In-depth understanding of current game art processes

- Strong knowledge of 3ds Max or Blender
- Photoshop
- Substance Designer/Painter
- and Zbrush
- Familiarity with common real-time game engines
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience in managing and mentoring mid-level and junior artists
- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
- Strong English communication and writing skills
