As a Project Leader, your role will encompass a variety of critical responsibilities aimed at ensuring the successful execution of automotive projects.:

Lead system engineering efforts and contribute to project delivery using Agile methodologies;; Ensure adherence to development processes throughout the project lifecycle;; Oversee team outputs, ensuring alignment with defined methods and expected results;; Facilitate supplier meetings to secure requirement fulfillment and manage component issues;; Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and the purchasing organization to drive project success;; Verify quality and readiness before the release of components or systems
