As a Junior Territory Account Executive, you will be tasked with multiple responsibilities that drive both customer engagement and revenue generation. Your primary focus will be on managing accounts with IT user ranges from 101 to 1000 within the public sector. You will actively support channel sales, ensuring successful renewals and customer retention. Additionally, you will prioritize opportunities generated by partners, manage sales processes to increase deal sizes, and engage with end customers to enhance sales outcomes. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate records in CRM systems while developing a thorough understanding of customer needs to align our solutions effectively.:

    Achieve and exceed sales quotas for assigned accounts;; Support channel partners in sales activities;; Drive renewals and ensure customer retention;; Manage opportunities to increase deal value;; Log activities in CRM to maintain forecasting accuracy;; Engage directly with customers to understand their needs;; Quote all non-NFR inquiries from partners;; Forecast business performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly;; Attend partner sites to explore new opportunities
