IT Support Specialist

Job Description:

As an independent IT system house established in 2001, we provide a wide range of services in IT management, infrastructure, software asset management, and project management. We support clients from various sectors, including industry, public administration, and healthcare, in the strategic and technical implementation of their IT requirements. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our team, addressing challenges when our clients' IT departments encounter obstacles. You will analyze and resolve system errors independently, assist in configuring and administering client IT systems and network infrastructures, and execute managed services tasks. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of customized hardware and software concepts and participate in exciting projects focusing on reliability, cybersecurity, and growth opportunities.

The primary responsibilities of this role involve a combination of technical proficiency and customer interaction, aimed at ensuring smooth IT operations for our clients.:

    Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues for client organizations.;; Analyze system errors and disruptions independently.;; Support the configuration and administration of client IT systems and networks.;; Perform managed services tasks as required.;; Contribute to the development of tailored hardware and software solutions.;; Engage in projects focused on system reliability and cybersecurity.
