We are seeking a passionate and experienced Team Lead for our User Experience department. In this role, you will blend strategic thinking with your deep understanding of UX design to lead our talented team. Your primary focus will be on guiding the team in delivering exceptional digital solutions, ensuring a high standard of quality is maintained throughout the design process. You will also play a crucial role in managing client interactions, from presales situations to pitch presentations, showcasing innovative design concepts that meet client needs. Your leadership will foster a collaborative environment where every team member's strengths are recognized and developed. You will be responsible for overseeing project allocation, enhancing workflow efficiency, and driving team performance. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence and shape the direction of our UX initiatives while contributing to the overall success of our projects.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and managing the UX/UI design team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.:

Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members;; Lead and mentor the team in developing their UX skills and project contributions;; Coordinate project work and manage resource planning effectively;; Act as a key liaison between different departments and your team to identify and implement process improvements;; Drive employee satisfaction and maintain high project quality standards
