We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to take charge of our Data Science department, focusing on the innovative integration of AI and Blockchain technologies. As the Head of Data Science, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our blockchain initiatives and leading a talented team of Data Scientists and Engineers. Your expertise will be crucial in developing cutting-edge AI-enabled products that provide financial solutions to our customers. You will be responsible for guiding the team in the productionization of state-of-the-art web3 products, driving innovation while optimizing our existing product suite. This position requires not only strong technical competencies but also strategic vision and leadership capabilities to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.

As the Head of Data Science, you will manage and lead the Data Science team while ensuring the successful development of AI-driven products.:

Recruit and mentor a team of Data Scientists and Engineers to enhance our AI product offerings;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights for product development;; Oversee product architectural design and validation to ensure feasibility and effectiveness;; Engage in stakeholder management, simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences;; Develop large-scale web2 and web3 products utilizing both structured and unstructured data sets;; Lead the productionization of advanced deep learning projects from conceptualization to implementation;; Stay abreast of the latest technical developments in AI and blockchain to continuously improve existing ML models
