Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on DevOps Engineer/Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, provisioning, and managing enterprise-level development tooling and systems that cater to both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and proven success in a similar environment, demonstrating the ability to enhance productivity and accelerate software delivery through innovative solutions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tooling, implementing infrastructure-as-code and configuration-as-code, and managing the software development lifecycle effectively. As a key member of the team, you will drive the DevSecOps culture, integrate security measures early in the development process, and adapt to the evolving needs of our users in an agile environment.

The successful candidate will undertake various responsibilities to ensure efficient management and development of our platform.:

Develop and maintain CI/CD tool technologies that enhance application delivery team productivity.;; Implement infrastructure-as-code and configuration-as-code solutions for managing CI/CD applications.;; Oversee the software development lifecycle and release processes, including architectural design, sprint planning, and development of automated testing.;; Promote a DevSecOps culture by integrating security validation solutions in development processes.;; Adapt to user needs by iteratively improving platform offerings within an Agile framework.;; Monitor platform performance and provide support to customers as needed.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise technology solutions in a DevOps architectural role
• Proven hands-on experience with multi-tenant development tooling and pipeline technologies
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering or scripting
• Experience in building and supporting solutions in AWS, preferably AWS GovCloud
• Familiarity with source code management and continuous integration tools
• Experience with test automation and application security testing solutions
• Proficient in infrastructure-as-code automation, ideally Terraform
• Experience with containerized applications and solutions like Docker and Kubernetes
