In this role, you will be responsible for initiating and tracking sustainable measures to enhance our cyber security framework, particularly focusing on cyber defence and resilience. Your expertise will guide the oversight and management of our central cyber security landscape, and you will plan and execute IT security projects in alignment with our cyber security roadmap. You will also play a crucial role in raising awareness among employees through security training and internal consulting on IT security topics. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying, analyzing, and quantifying cyber security risks, as well as assessing new threats and vulnerabilities while providing support in implementing protective measures.

The successful candidate will undertake the following responsibilities::

Initiate, develop, and track sustainable measures for continuous improvement in cyber security.;; Oversee and monitor the central cyber security environment.;; Plan and execute IT security projects according to our cyber security roadmap.;; Conduct security awareness initiatives and provide internal consulting on IT security matters.;; Identify, analyze, and quantify cyber security risks.;; Analyze new threats and vulnerabilities, assess urgency, and assist system and application owners in implementing protective measures.;; Monitor compliance with security policies and procedures based on best practices.;; Collaborate with service partners in infrastructure and security fields.

Qualifications:

• Comprehensive market knowledge and expertise in the field of cyber security, including technologies, products, and procedures.
• Demonstrated experience in cyber defence and resilience topics.
• Proven track record in leading and implementing IT projects.
