Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our team in Ettlingen. In this role, you will enable scientists to make breakthrough discoveries and develop innovative applications that enhance the quality of human life. You will work closely with our customers to drive innovation, productivity, and success in various scientific domains. As a Finance Business Partner, you will support the development and preparation of strategic plans, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly updates. You will assess business performance against the budget and long-term strategy, identify areas for operational and financial improvement, and provide guidance to Sales Managers on target formulation. Your contributions will help drive continuous improvement and standardization within the functional area while fostering productive relationships across finance functions.

Key responsibilities include supporting the financial planning process, assessing business performance, and providing actionable insights to management.:

Support the development and preparation of strategic plans, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly updates, Assess business performance against the annual budget and long-term strategy, identifying areas for operational and financial improvement, Guide Sales Managers in formulating targets for new order bookings, revenue growth, and operating profitability, Drive continuous improvement and standardization within the finance functional area, Establish productive working relationships across finance functions for effective information sharing, Provide business insights using available tools, systems, and processes to generate critical financial and operational data, Support financial planning and results reporting at the market segment and regional level, Contribute to the development of standard financial processes, Monitor compliance with pricing and discount policies, updating price lists and preparing margin analysis, Ensure accuracy of financial results in accordance with applicable accounting standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 5 years of experience in sales controlling in an international company

• Strong numerical skills
