We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Director of Product Analytics to tackle significant challenges from both business and user perspectives, enhance processes and tools, and drive data excellence throughout the organization.:

Develop and implement a robust product analytics strategy that aligns with company objectives and incorporate best practices for data analysis, reporting, and visualization., Promote a data-driven culture within the organization by advocating for data-informed decision-making., Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment., Provide professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills., Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of product and user data to derive actionable insights., Collaborate with product management to define and monitor key performance indicators for product success and user engagement., Work closely with other stakeholders to ensure that data insights are effectively integrated into product strategy., Partner with the data engineering team to ensure availability and accuracy of data for analytics., Manage the implementation and use of analytics tools, including Metabase and Tableau, to meet organizational needs., Streamline data request processes to enhance efficiency in insights delivery., Design and analyze A/B tests to assess product changes with rigorous statistical interpretation., Collaborate with User Experience Research to integrate qualitative and quantitative insights for comprehensive understanding., Establish benchmarks for product performance against industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science

• Extensive experience in a senior analytics role
• ideally in a B2C or marketplace environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing data analytics teams
• with a successful track record of building high-performing teams.
• Expertise in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL and Python.
• Experience using data visualization tools like Tableau and Metabase.
• Solid understanding of data infrastructure
