As part of the Product, Data, and Technology team, you will contribute to executing Post Merger Integration and Divestiture initiatives. What you will do:

    Lead the IT due diligence process for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, identifying risks and opportunities, Develop comprehensive IT integration plans that include system consolidation, data migration, and process harmonization, Execute and manage the integration plan to ensure business continuity and minimize disruptions, Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the current IT landscape and design target state architecture, Engage and communicate effectively with C-Level executives, Align IT integration efforts with the objectives of business stakeholders and compliance requirements, Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the integration lifecycle, Conduct post-integration reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement, Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to enhance M&A IT activities

Qualifications:

  • or utilities sectors is advantageous
  • Proven experience leading IT integration projects in complex
  • global environments
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
  • Expertise in IT infrastructure

  • Excellent project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
  • Relevant certifications such as TOGAF
  • PMP
  • or ITIL are a plus
  • Certification in SAFe Framework
  • Proficient in English and German
