About the role:

    Work closely with internal activation teams and external agencies to ensure accurate execution and continuous optimization of campaigns across Google Search, Display, and relevant social media channels., Collaborate with digital performance marketing teams to develop and implement testing strategies that enhance campaign performance and conversion rates across the entire funnel from awareness to acquisition., Employ analysis tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to B2B marketing channels and campaigns., Collaborate with cross-functional teams in growth marketing, commercial marketing, data science, and product to inform and improve automated lead qualification systems, ROAS models, and Multi-Touch Attribution systems., Conduct thorough data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and channels, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and optimize initiatives to accelerate growth., Advance the team's initiatives to develop incrementality and elasticity strategies across all purchase funnel stages, including creating power analysis models to inform the feasibility and costs of plans., Perform segmentation analysis to identify target audiences and create tailored marketing strategies for different customer segments., Engage with multiple advertising partners to generate insights from on and off-platform datasets, conducting analysis to identify market trends and recommend strategies to maintain competitive edge., Produce regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Performance Marketing Manager
  • ideally in a B2B context.
  • Extensive experience with Google Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • and other relevant performance marketing platforms.
  • Skilled in data analysis tools such as Excel
  • Google Analytics
  • Looker/Data Studio
  • and SQL for handling large datasets
  • including Salesforce and DemandBase.
  • Comprehensive understanding of performance marketing KPIs
  • with the capability to monitor
  • analyze
  • and report on campaign outcomes.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities
  • with a knack for interpreting complex data and offering actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • with a background in collaborating cross-functionally to enhance campaign and demand generation efforts.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills
  • meticulous attention to detail
  • and the capacity to manage multiple projects autonomously.
  • Experience in B2B performance marketing along with a solid understanding of the typical B2B sales and marketing funnel.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
