The successful candidate will undertake a variety of tasks to ensure the effective use of Signavio software within the organization.:

Develop a thorough understanding of Signavio software, including its authorization concept, architecture, and functionalities., Design and implement an efficient authorization concept that aligns with business area requirements., Create, ensure, and provide support for all business users at all levels, including first, second, and third level support., Guarantee the technical functionality of the tool, its ongoing development, and usage., Establish a test system to maintain a GxP-validated environment in Signavio in collaboration with SAP-Signavio as the SaaS provider., Setup, implement, and enhance interfaces to OpenText Extended ECM and other applications., Offer technical guidance to project managers and BPM experts in various customer segments and service functions., Coordinate directly with Signavio and maintain communication with SAP-Signavio.

Qualifications:

• A university degree in Economics

• Fluent in English and advanced proficiency in German.
• Professional experience in Process Modeling and Design
• Transformations Processes
• or as a Key User for Signavio.
• Excellent team player.
• Proven success in project management and the ability to support national and international project teams while coordinating with external partners.
• Outstanding communication skills with a deep understanding of customer needs.
