Managing projects within the global FIT4 Program focused on Operations and Quality.:

Overseeing projects related to the global FIT4 Program for Operations and Quality., Taking responsibility for analyzing and coordinating the development of global processes and requirements, working closely with business representatives and IT experts., Coordinating global processes and aligning them with business and IT experts in the consumer markets segment., Defining system requirements, exploring implementation options, and overseeing IT and process architecture., Managing project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment among stakeholders., Evaluating and integrating Operations processes into global templates and facilitating rollout., Monitoring project progress, identifying deviations, and incorporating local needs into global frameworks., Aligning transformation processes with ongoing projects within Operations.

• SAP PM
• Solid understanding of IT Architecture with both SAP and non-SAP landscapes
• such as MES
• Experience in global ERP rollouts
• Project management experience with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to manage stakeholders
• simplify complexity
• and mentor team members
• Experience in change management
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in English; German proficiency is a plus
