ROLE:

Identify client requirements and develop tailored solutions, Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business process transformation, Analyze and optimize existing processes for improved efficiency, Deliver presentations and reports to C-level executives, Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred in business informatics or a technical field from an accredited university
• Several years of experience in consulting or customer advisory roles
• with a focus on the Life Sciences Industry or as a key user of SAP products in Life Science
• Pharma
• or Chemical companies
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes related to pharmaceutical products
• with knowledge of industry-specific requirements
• mainly GxP
• Strong affinity for technical platforms and a solid understanding of cloud/hybrid architectures and advancements in Artificial Intelligence
• Functional or technical expertise on SAP solutions
• particularly SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP
• Foundational knowledge in business process modeling or enterprise architecture approaches such as BPMN or TOGAF is advantageous
• Ability to self-organize and prioritize tasks
• with strong analytical process evaluation and strategic advisory skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• comfortable engaging with various organizational levels including C-level management
• Proficient in English and German
• with additional languages being an asset
