As customer zero for SAP's standard AI solutions, we provide ongoing feedback for product enhancements. We also offer an AI platform and infrastructure for practitioners to develop their own machine learning solutions following MLOps methodology. What you'll do:

Lead the development of AI services from proof of concept to production, Establish and develop new Big Data pipelines to productize data ETL workloads for various AI services, Create AI/ML models to address real-world business challenges, covering both exploratory data science and model productization, Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions, Productionize AI proofs of concept using sound software engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines and MLOps, Take ownership of AI services throughout their development and production phases, Mentor junior colleagues and enhance their AI engineering skillset

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in machine learning

• Strong understanding of Distributed Computing Systems for Big Data Engineering such as Databricks
• Solid grasp of AI/ML concepts
• Extensive experience with ML frameworks like Keras

• Familiarity with software engineering best practices
• including Object-Oriented Programming
• Experience with productization tools and technologies such as Docker
• Kubernetes
• GitHub
• Knowledge of CI/CD and MLOps frameworks like Jenkins

• Experience with cloud deployment platforms such as Azure ML or AWS
• Demonstrated leadership in scrum team environments
• Eagerness to explore and learn about various AI applications and new technologies
• Fluency in English
