This role offers the chance to work on a key group program aimed at driving harmonization and standardization of processes and structures that will define the way we work for years to come.     Manage compliance with global template processes and ensure standardization and harmonization within a hub during a global SAP deployment, Conduct local fit-gap analyses and define necessary template process adaptations for multiple SAP S/4HANA deployment projects, Decide on process designs and facilitate decision-making in higher committees as per design governance, Drive interactions with process experts from segment hubs/local entities and provide guidance on business process design aspects, Functionally report to global process owners and ensure that rules and guidelines from global process owners are executed in the hub, Align with global process owners and other deputy process owners on integration topics, Identify and align improvements to the global template with global process owners, Review and approve design, configuration, and functional specification documents, Support in designing test cases if required, Manage P&L design including line items and dimensions for comprehensive analytics of management units, market products, and customers, Oversee asset accounting including acquisition, transfer, and valuation, Handle internal accounting including overheads and cost controlling, margin analysis, Manage general accounting tasks including period-end closing, chart of accounts management, lease and tax accounting, Ensure integration with other financial processes and systems

Qualifications:

  • Over five years of relevant professional experience in business process management
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in at least one domain

  • Proven expertise in conducting local fit-gap analyses and designing processes
  • Ability to assertively defend the global template
  • Strong decision-making skills and capability to reach consensus among various stakeholders
  • Experience with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA as well as relevant third-party business systems is a plus
