Report and analyze relevant key figures, such as Topline, costs, EBITA, Cash Flow and CapEx, along with educated interpretation of deviations and trends.:

    Execute planning and financial controlling cycles at different aggregation levels; coordinate with sales units and affiliated companies., Collaborate closely with business partners during yearly Strategy rounds and generate respective set of Financials., Work with business functions to develop individual budgets and tracking mechanisms while providing insights into profitability views., Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms that can be updated in real-time to evidence effectiveness and progress., Steer Cash Flow management., Execute and coordinate monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities and annual audits., Perform financial Due Diligence and post-merger integration activities., Provide forward-looking predictions, trend analysis and scenario building, translating these into comprehensive graphical views., Continuously develop processes, methods and internal controls, integrating these into existing financial systems while ensuring appropriate risk management., Play an active role in executing finance and controlling projects., Support in the development of digital Business Models.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Finance
  • Accounting
  • Controlling or related field; a Postgraduation
  • MBA
  • and/or CPA is highly preferred.
  • At least five years of progressively responsible experience in finance and controlling functions.
  • Good knowledge of SAP and Corporate Reporting tools.
  • Very good command of MS Office and collaborative tools
  • ideally PowerBI or Data Analytics experience.
  • Ability to navigate through relevant metrics and KPIs such as EBITA
