As part of the global Workday Team, you will manage Global Workday Reporting and Dashboarding, while consulting, supporting, and training colleagues as well as the global HR community.:
- Develop relationships with global process owners and subject matter experts to understand reporting needs and establish technical as well as organizational structures and solutions., Create new reports and identify areas for improvement in reporting performance and quality while continuously researching new system functionalities and HR best practices., Lead projects related to operational reporting and analytics solutions globally, including executing Proof of Concepts, planning projects in alignment with Process Owners, creating design concepts, ensuring quality assurance, budget controlling, and training., Establish organizational tasks and processes to enable and run Reporting Governance, including developing governance guidelines., Build and manage a Global Reporting Community, ensuring proper communication, improvement, and training of this community.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration

- At least 1 year of experience in Workday Reporting (Advanced

- BIRT) and Dashboards
- Some experience with Workday Prism
- General project management experience
- Solution-oriented mindset
- High IT affinity
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Consulting background is a plus
