Frontend Developer – Konstanz or Remote

We are on an exciting journey to develop open-source software that advances access to Open Government Data.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and design web-based user interfaces using modern web technologies for the public sector.
• Continuously expand our frontend stack with your innovative ideas.
• Conduct code reviews and pair programming to improve code quality and distribute knowledge.
• Collaborate closely with designers and backend developers as part of a cross-functional team.

Requirements

• Excellent skills in Typescript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience with frontend frameworks, ideally NextJS or React.
• Knowledge in unit testing with technologies like Vitest or Jest.
• Affinity for usability and accessibility.
• Enjoy working in a team and have experience with agile methodologies.
• Very good German language skills (at least C1).
