DevOps Engineer

Job Description:

    Join us as a DevOps Engineer where you will play a crucial role in building a robust platform designed for the future of risk exchange. In this position, you will be responsible for implementing site reliability engineering best practices to enhance observability, scalability, and resilience. You will focus on continuous improvement initiatives, driving productivity enhancements and establishing industry standards. As the primary contact for production issues, your troubleshooting skills will be vital for successful issue resolution, leading to thorough postmortem analyses and the documentation of learned lessons. Your expertise will extend to managing CI/CD workflows using GitOps principles, as well as deploying and managing cloud architectures utilizing Terraform and Helm. You will design and create essential tools and frameworks to facilitate the development, integration, deployment, and management of software. Your automation skills will streamline tasks across the entire CI/CD lifecycle, significantly improving the developer experience while minimizing manual workloads. Additionally, you will participate in on-call rotations, taking the lead in troubleshooting and mitigation efforts when necessary.

  • Strong coding abilities and a solid understanding of software engineering principles
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of operational maturity within teams
