Job Description:

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will undertake various key responsibilities that are crucial to the success of our projects.:
- Develop, test, and optimize machine learning models for various tasks including classification, regression, clustering, and recommendations.;; Collaborate with the Enterprise Data Management Team to gather, clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets, ensuring the creation of high-quality training datasets.;; Implement machine learning algorithms and neural networks using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.;; Deploy trained models into production environments utilizing APIs, containers like Docker, or cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.;; Monitor model performance to detect drift and implement necessary improvements or retraining strategies to maintain model accuracy.;; Work collaboratively with data management, applications, enterprise architects, and product managers to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives.;; Create comprehensive documentation for models, processes, and experiments, ensuring reproducibility and scalability of solutions.;; Establish automated pipelines for continuous integration, delivery, and model retraining in accordance with MLOps best practices.;; Ensure compliance of AI models with industry regulations, addressing biases and adhering to ethical standards.
