As an AI / ML Manager, you will lead a skilled team of engineers and data scientists dedicated to building machine learning models that process both 2D and 3D data, performing feature extraction, and analyzing imagery to provide actionable insights to clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire machine learning development lifecycle, from data acquisition and preprocessing through to model deployment and enhancement, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Lead and manage a team of machine learning professionals while actively contributing to the development of innovative solutions.:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models focused on feature extraction from 2D and 3D data.;; Drive R&D efforts to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.;; Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and agricultural experts to identify customer needs and develop solutions.;; Oversee data acquisition and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for machine learning models.;; Develop innovative techniques to convert visual and spatial data into actionable insights.;; Mentor and coach team members to foster innovation and continuous learning.;; Stay updated on advancements in machine learning and integrate relevant technologies into our platform.;; Coordinate with the executive team to align strategies with the company’s long-term vision.
