AL/ML Engineers / Data Scientist

Job Description:

    We are seeking experienced AL/ML Engineers and Data Scientists to drive complex, high-impact machine learning projects from conception to execution. In this role, you will develop innovative machine learning algorithms specifically designed for time-series forecasting, which are crucial for actuarial reserving and affordability program development. You will implement cutting-edge machine learning models, rigorously evaluate their performance, and communicate findings to interdisciplinary teams. Your responsibilities will include writing comprehensive internal and external documentation for novel algorithms, contributing to scientific publications, and collaborating with fellow scientists and engineers to push the boundaries of research and innovation.

As an AL/ML Engineer / Data Scientist, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that require both technical prowess and innovative thinking.:

    Drive the development of machine learning algorithms for time-series analysis;; Implement and train modern supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms including SVM, random forest, PCA, t-SNE, clustering, deep learning, and LLMs;; Evaluate and iterate on machine learning models to enhance performance;; Communicate findings effectively across different teams and stakeholders;; Document research processes and results for both internal and external audiences;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop research and innovation agendas
