Job Description:

    We are a dynamic biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical company focused on the development, manufacturing, and global distribution of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for cancer treatment. Our proprietary portfolio and expanding pipeline include targeted therapies in various clinical development stages aimed at treating conditions such as neuroendocrine cancers and bone metastases. Our mission is to enhance treatment outcomes and improve the quality of life for cancer patients through innovative Targeted Radioligand Therapies in Precision Oncology. We are looking to fill a permanent position in Garching as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks.:

    Developing methods for (radio) HPLC, ICP-MS, and IC, Creating separation methods for rare earth elements and actinides, Developing processes for the production of novel radionuclides, Conducting gamma spectrometry, alpha spectrometry, and liquid scintillation counting, Ensuring equipment is qualified and maintained, Writing standard operating procedures for instruments and methodologies, Producing scientific reports and development plans, Facilitating technology transfers

Spoken Languages:

Skillset:

  • Radiochemistry expertise
  • Analytical chemistry skills
  • Knowledge of radiation safety protocols
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project management capabilities

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Chemistry
  • Chemical Engineering
  • or Radiochemistry
  • Extensive experience with radioactive material handling
  • Proficient in radioanalytical methods such as gamma spectrometry
  • In-depth knowledge of radiochemical separation techniques
  • including liquid-liquid extraction
  • solid phase extraction
  • and chromatography methods
  • Certification in radiation protection preferred
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Hands-on approach
  • Strong creativity and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English
  • both written and spoken
