Job Description:

As part of the Group's Digital Transformation Program, your passion for technology and innovation will be vital as you assist cross-functional teams in designing and implementing software solutions that meet business needs. Your leadership will facilitate collaboration among functional analysts, software engineers, and quality assurance engineers, ensuring project success through effective coordination and a focus on continuous improvement. Engage with stakeholders to oversee business analysis activities and create specifications that align with our strategic objectives. Your expertise in agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices will help drive our projects forward, enhancing our delivery of business value on a regular basis. You will actively contribute to a culture of compliance and knowledge sharing, promoting best practices and IT policies throughout the organization.

As an Associate Software Delivery Manager, you will coordinate various project-specific tasks and ensure successful collaboration among your team members.:

    Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams including analysts, engineers, and consultants;; Define roles and responsibilities based on team expertise;; Oversee business analysis activities and collaborate on application specifications;; Work with squad leaders and business owners to develop project vision and priorities;; Promote agile development practices and continuous improvement initiatives;; Monitor key performance indicators to assess project health and team efficiency;; Encourage a culture of compliance with IT policies and knowledge sharing

  • Familiarity with DevSecOps principles, with a preference for Azure DevOps
