We are expanding our team and seeking an ERP Support Specialist who will play a pivotal role in the internal rollout of business systems across all entities globally within the Sectra group. Sectra is dedicated to contributing to a safer and healthier society by enhancing the efficiency of healthcare and bolstering the stability of critical societal functions. The OpIT department, focusing on Operational Excellence and IT, supports the company by providing efficient IT systems for our personnel. This is essential for our continued growth and our commitment to delivering value to our customers. Since 2020, Sectra has undertaken a strategic project aimed at consolidating previous business systems into a new solution based on the Microsoft D365 platform, specifically Finance and Operations. This solution has successfully gone live in North America and in our Swedish companies. We are looking for someone who wants to educate, support, and maximize our workflows through continuous adaptation and further development of the service.

IT Languages:

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial for the effective operation and support of our ERP systems.:

Serve as a central expertise resource for application support, including the rollout of new versions and daily operational usage;; Responsible for internal training and method development, acting as a bridge between the application and daily operational accounting work;; Participate in the global rollout project for the ERP service
