Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead one of our ABA therapy clinics in West Orange, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operational and financial management of the clinic, ensuring exceptional service delivery to families affected by autism. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, implement healthcare regulations, and hold accountability for the center's performance. You will work closely with a dedicated team to recruit and retain top clinical talent, manage service schedules, and monitor clinical quality metrics. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving strategic growth and fostering strong relationships with referral sources through community outreach initiatives. This position requires a commitment to professionalism and a passion for improving the lives of children and families through high-quality ABA therapy.

As the Executive Director, you will play a critical role in managing the operations of the clinic by executing the following tasks::

    Oversee the operational, financial, and clinical objectives of the center, focusing on strategic growth in ABA services.;; Review and manage key performance indicators related to recruitment, client intake, treatment hours, and billing.;; Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract and retain skilled clinical professionals.;; Manage clinician schedules and client service hours effectively, addressing missed appointments.;; Work alongside the Clinical Director to uphold clinical quality standards and ensure effective program implementation.;; Facilitate weekly staff meetings to discuss client issues, scheduling, training, and performance.;; Coordinate with admissions and client care teams to assess new client needs and service requirements.;; Engage in regional meetings and best-practice discussions to enhance operational efficiency.;; Build and maintain relationships with referral sources through proactive community outreach.
