As a group manager, you will play a key role in guiding and developing our teams while ensuring they have the necessary resources to tackle both current and future challenges. You will also be responsible for strategic discussions within the product area management group and for overseeing the group's delivery ability and financial conditions.:

Participate in the management group to drive tactical and strategic initiatives;; Be closely involved with teams in their daily work to ensure they have the right conditions for success;; Lead improvement projects within the operational framework both independently and collaboratively with other managers;; Actively contribute to identifying and recruiting new team members for our growing organization;; Engage in personal leadership development through courses and knowledge exchange with other managers;; Travel to hospitals and clinics across Europe, North America, and Australia to observe how our products are utilized in clinical settings;; Foster a fun and collaborative work environment in an exciting industry alongside talented colleagues
