The Innovation Project Manager will support management activities for our new solid oxide electrolyzer cell technology and serve as a liaison to our teams.:

    Coordinate and control scheduled processes and interactions between work packages., Assist in technology and intellectual property transfer., Prepare technical documentation and work process descriptions related to products., Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget., Support projects, including joint content development with internal and external stakeholders., Continuously align with relevant departments to maintain a clear overview., Assist the local management team as a project management officer., Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and technology., Identify project risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation and management to minimize delays and cost overruns., Help establish relationships with strategic partners and potential collaborators., Implement strategic measures and organize workshops.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business
  • management
  • engineering
  • or a related field; a master's degree is advantageous.
  • Several years of project management experience
  • preferably in an engineering or innovation management context; experience in green energy markets is beneficial; consulting background is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Methodical and structured approach to working.
  • Strong team spirit with intercultural awareness to leverage global diversity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German.
  • High dedication to advancing the green transition.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
