Junior Project Manager - Real Estate Projects

Job Description:

    As a full-service provider in the real estate sector, the PDS department offers comprehensive management of expansion and construction projects, ensuring customers receive expert advice from rental to turnkey handover. In addition to classic project management, the PDS area also provides interior design, workplace solutions, as well as general planning and construction services to ensure complete support for our clients.

The projects for this position are primarily located in Berlin and the surrounding area. The PDS team supports clients in the office, logistics, industrial, retail, and hotel sectors, managing projects that range from large multi-year contracts to small, highly complex, and time-sensitive initiatives.:

    Assist in managing national and international expansion projects across various usage classes including office, hotel, logistics, and industrial, Collaborate on projects from initiation through to handover, working closely with internal office leasing consultants on project planning, Contribute to the preparation of tender documents, award construction services, and support negotiations for external planning services, Represent the client during key project phases including planning, awarding, execution, and handover, Coordinate the planning team (both in-house and external) and manage project teams from the initial phase to user handover, Assist in implementing innovative architectural, workplace, and usage concepts, Establish and maintain contacts with investors, property owners, and users

Qualifications:
