Nordic Coordinator

Job Description:

    We are seeking an enthusiastic Nordic Coordinator to play a pivotal role within our Nordic organization. This dynamic position will report directly to the Nordic Execution Lead and is based in the Greater Stockholm Metropolitan Area. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency by centralizing and professionalizing the execution of key activities across the Nordic region. You will also be responsible for managing essential administrative functions that support internal processes, systems, and compliance, ensuring that we meet our customer and consumer needs on a daily basis. As a Nordic Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include a comprehensive range of activities to facilitate seamless operations within the Nordic Commercial team. You will take charge of process development and support functions, ensuring that all teams operate under unified processes and routines. Additionally, you will manage the end-to-end Purchase Order process, which involves creating POs and overseeing costs associated with the Nordic and Country-specific selling teams. You'll also be responsible for maintaining contracts in our International Contract Database, acting as the Nordic Super User for vendor due diligence, and serving as the go-to person for Record Retention within the Sweden Commercial organization. Your role will require effective collaboration with various teams to ensure that all projects align with our business execution strategies.:

    Coordinate process development across the Nordic Commercial team;; Manage smaller ad hoc projects for Country Leads in Sweden and Denmark;; Oversee Nordic Purchase Order management;; Support vendor creation and changes in the Apex tool;; Administer contracts in the International Contract Database;; Perform due diligence as a Business sponsor for vendors;; Act as the Record Retention coordinator for the Sweden Commercial team

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a coordination role, preferably in the FMCG sector
  • Experience in project management or agile methodologies is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of purchase order systems such as Ariba and financial management systems like SAP
