As an AI Tech Consultant, your role will involve guiding teams in understanding AI capabilities and fostering a culture of innovation.:

Design and facilitate interactive workshops tailored to different AI proficiency levels among colleagues to enhance their AI skills and gather practical use cases for AI applications., Help establish a realistic understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, guiding teams to comprehend AI's potential and practical impact., Translate complex AI concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making., Promote a data-centric approach across the organization while fostering collaboration among specialists, IT staff, and AI experts to drive innovation., Support and streamline the integration and development of AI initiatives by coordinating strategic communication and collaboration among cross-divisional stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science

• with a talent for simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proven experience in designing and leading technical training sessions or workshops
• focusing on upskilling and knowledge transfer in AI.
• Experience in change management
• acting as a catalyst for transformation within an organization
• and promoting a data-driven culture.
• Practical experience in developing and programming AI solutions.
• Collaborative team player with a strong ability to engage and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders across different disciplines.
