Job Description:

We are a leading sales organization responsible for the print sales of prominent newspaper and magazine brands. With a dedicated team of over 180 employees, we leverage our extensive expertise in retail sales, press logistics, and business intelligence solutions to bolster our brands' success daily. We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Market Analysis Team. In this role, you will develop AI tools for our editorial teams and analyze sales performance data.

As a backend software developer, you will create AI tools for the editorial team.:

Develop browser-based tools for text editing, search, evaluation, and SEO optimization., Design workflows and implement development for AI-supported newsletter creation., Collaborate closely with editorial teams and publishers to specify necessary text editing and evaluation., Maintain the AI working relationship with OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, and Anthropic.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science

• Next.js
• PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies

• including building and deploying containerized applications using Docker.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
