Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Customer Supply Chain Specialist to join our Supply Chain Team in Munich.

As a Customer Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the supply chain processes for key account customers.:
- Manage supply chain processes for selected key account customers., Process incoming orders using SAP., Optimize service rates, fill rates, and logistics costs., Ensure a seamless just-in-time delivery process., Coordinate activities with our European distribution centers and transportation service providers., Work collaboratively with brand teams to ensure timely delivery of new launches and collateral materials., Act as the primary contact for inquiries regarding order status, after-sales support, and reverse logistics., Continuously improve supply chain performance by analyzing key metrics and maintaining scorecards in collaboration with sales and internal partners., Engage regularly with the customer's supply chain team to foster efficient consumer response., Participate in local and international supply chain projects.

Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- Engineering

- At least two years of professional experience in logistics or supply chain management.

- Strong service orientation with a confident demeanor when engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Team-oriented with a proactive
- hands-on approach.
- Accurate

- and results-driven work style with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in ERP systems
- preferably SAP
- and strong skills in MS Office
- particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience presenting to customers.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
