The Data & AI Manager will oversee the development and execution of data and AI strategies.:

Lead and manage a team of 15-25 professionals, including Data Engineers, AI Specialists, and Project Managers., Develop and implement a comprehensive data engineering and AI strategy that aligns with organizational goals., Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data engineering and AI projects., Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and governance policies., Encourage effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders., Present project updates and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Business acumen with the capability to align data and AI initiatives with company objectives.
