Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Architect to strengthen our dynamic team across multiple locations in Europe, including Tübingen, Wiesbaden, Amsterdam, or Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in transforming our data management strategies to support our mission in advancing biopharmaceutical innovations, particularly in mRNA technology. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data architectures that enhance data integration, quality, and delivery, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet strategic business objectives.

The Data Architect will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at improving data systems and processes.:

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance data integration, quality, and delivery., Collaborate with teams to design the architecture of databases, data warehouses, and data lakes., Choose and implement database management systems that fulfill organizational requirements, including defining data schemas and optimizing storage., Translate business requirements into data models and establish data quality standards., Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure project alignment with long-term strategic goals., Simplify existing data architectures to deliver reusable services and identify cost-saving opportunities., Lead peer reviews and quality assurance for architectural artifacts across the enterprise., Define standards, guidelines, and processes to maintain data quality., Guide solution design and architecture to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications:
