Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy end-to-end business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft/Azure SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Spark, and Power BI, Create technical specifications from user stories to be implemented in a Lakehouse/Warehouse architecture, Optimize SQL queries, Python Notebooks, stored procedures, and ETL processes to extract, transform, and integrate data from various sources, Prioritize technical user stories within the sprint backlog as part of the BI development process, Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using Power BI or similar reporting tools, Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues, optimize queries, and ensure data accuracy and integrity, Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data analytics, Experience a comprehensive onboarding process to familiarize yourself with the team, products, and culture

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science
- Information Systems
- or a related field
- Proven experience as a BI Engineer
- Software Developer
- or similar role
- with expertise in Microsoft Fabric
- Synapse Data Warehouse
- Microsoft SQL Server
- and the Microsoft BI Stack
- Strong understanding of various data warehouse models
- Lakehouse architecture
- and ETL/ELT design approaches
- Experience in designing and developing ETL processes using Python
- SSIS
- SQL
- Spark Framework
- Azure Data Factory
- and Databricks
- Familiarity with building and executing test cases for BI development throughout the BI Product Development Life Cycle
- Experience with multidimensional and tabular data models using SSAS or Power BI Tabular Models
- Proficiency in creating interactive/self-service reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
