For our site in Bayreuth, we are looking for support for the Plant & Technical Center.

The purpose of this job is to ensure the successful transition of newly developed Polypropylene Compounds products to serial production at the Bayreuth site. You will provide technical support from the Technical Center in Bayreuth to the laboratories, the Technical Service group, the New Business Development group, the Product and Application Development group, and the production team. Additionally, you will support special serial production actions initiated by asset management and/or plant quality. You will also assist with Technical Center activities and European Product and Application Development.:

Preparation and follow-up of modifications of plant condition processes including product transfers and trials for new products, Act as the technical focal point for production-related issues including specifications and processing behavior of additives, Initiate cost reduction programs in collaboration with product responsible engineers, Document and monitor color production standards for production processes, Serve as the key user for Technical Center database and support for Sample Manager implementation, Interface with Product and Application Development, New Business Development, Technical Service, Manufacturing, and Asset Management, Support complaint analysis and propose corrective actions at the plant level, Act as a superuser for SAP Product Lifecycle Management software, Conduct annual product audits, Participate in Advance Product Quality Planning initiatives
