The role involves several key responsibilities critical to the success of offshore wind projects.:
- Participate in the development, planning, and implementation of offshore wind projects, both nationally and internationally, Act as technical work package manager for wind turbines from contract negotiations to execution of supply contracts, up to handover to the operating party, Oversee scheduling, budget control, and interdisciplinary coordination of the team, Manage work package schedules in alignment with overall project timelines, Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all project phases, Implement technical due diligence processes for offshore wind projects, Identify and manage technical risks, issues, and project impacts, Prepare technical documentation including specifications and concepts, Ensure adherence to national and international approval and certification requirements, Assist in verifying the contractual conformity of technical documentation, Support execution of installation and commissioning work offshore, including necessary acceptances, Engage in industry-specific working groups and research projects

Qualifications:
- Degree in electrical engineering
- wind energy technology
- industrial engineering
- mechanical engineering or comparable training
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management related to infrastructure or energy projects
- with experience in supply contracts for offshore wind turbines preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of large electrical and mechanical systems
- Team player with strong intercultural communication and organizational skills
- Professional and polite demeanor
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art technologies and market knowledge
- Reliable
- structured work approach with process-oriented thinking
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- and to work offshore if required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word
