We're on the lookout for a passionate Engineering Manager for our Engineering team who lives and breathes the art of building exceptional applications for trip planning, harnessing the full power of its incredible toolset. You will play a key role in designing and developing cutting-edge customizations and integrations. As part of the Product Development organization, you will lead our Berlin-based team of 7 fantastic Frontend and Backend professionals.

As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee and guide the engineering team to ensure high performance and effective project execution.:

Lead and mentor a team of 7 Software Engineers and ensure continued improvement to achieve high performance., Guide the team in performing API design and system architecture to tailor solutions to business requirements., Participate in tech strategy and communicate clear goals to your team to ensure full understanding and ownership of their problem area and impact on company goals., Ensure an efficient development process by mentoring the team in gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and technical requirements for our projects., Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends in Frontend and Backend.

Qualifications:

• Approximately 4 years of relevant experience in the internal tooling area.
• Experience in leading a project team or a small team
