Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee our Technology Development Programs at our state-of-the-art semiconductor facility in Dresden, Germany. This role involves managing complex semiconductor engineering development programs and ensuring successful transitions from development to production. The ideal candidate will lead a cross-functional team and work closely with various departments to meet program milestones.

As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of Technology Development Programs.:

Manage and coordinate complex semiconductor engineering development programs., Own the overall program schedule, resource allocation, and alignment of program milestone deliverables., Ensure a seamless transition from the development phase to production., Lead a cross-functional team of experts, defining tasks and work packages to ensure timely and quality program completion., Collaborate effectively with Product Marketing, PMO, PDK, Modeling, and IP Teams., Communicate efficiently with internal teams and customers in both technical and executive forums.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or diploma in Engineering or Science
• with a focus on Physics

• Extensive knowledge of modern CMOS process integration.
• Excellent teamwork and strong oral and written communication skills in English are essential.
• Proficient analytical
• problem-solving
• and project management skills.
• Several years of experience in technical leadership roles in the semiconductor industry.
• Proven track record in Technology Development and program management of complex
• cross-functional engineering programs.
• Experience in advanced development efforts such as Embedded Memory
• High-Voltage
• or RF/mmWave is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is advantageous.
• Familiarity with semiconductor volume manufacturing methods
• statistical methods
• and FMEA/8D methodology is beneficial.
• Project Management Certification (e.g.
• IPMA
• PMP) is a plus.
