Job Description:

    We are a high-tech start-up and a pioneer in construction robotics, automating the construction industry through innovative robotic lifts and advanced data analysis. Our team consists of some of the most skilled mechanical, electrical, and software engineers globally. Join our dynamic team and help us transform the construction landscape! We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join us in Neufahrn b. Freising. This is a full-time, permanent position. As we expand, we need additional support in field service, maintenance, and internal troubleshooting.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for various key tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our robotic systems.:

    Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting both in-house and on-site., Ensure the correct functioning of robotic systems during pilot projects and demonstrations., Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on deployed systems., Train customers on the operation and benefits of our products and services., Conduct quality assurance and commissioning before product deliveries using comprehensive checklists and system checks., Provide structured and documented feedback based on observations during troubleshooting, service operations, and pilot projects.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a strong capacity for independent work while also collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Practical experience in the construction sector is preferred

  • Excellent manual dexterity and strong communication skills with customers and colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • both domestically and internationally.
  • A valid Class B driving license and experience operating vans.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and German
  • with at least B2 level in both languages.
