We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our innovative team dedicated to sustainable food production solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on development of our web application, encompassing both the frontend and backend components. You will work with our tech stack to enhance our existing infrastructure, focusing on database architecture, data pipelines, and analytics. You will also contribute to the creation of engineering practices that align with our operational model, ensuring we attract top engineering talent across Europe. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for various critical tasks to ensure the success of our web application and infrastructure.:

Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of the web application, Enhance and optimize existing infrastructure, with a focus on improving database structures and data processing pipelines, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features, Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, Help establish and refine engineering best practices and standards within the team, Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for backend development

• Previous experience in building full-stack web applications that are actively deployed
• Background in an early-stage VC-backed startup
• ideally with a B2B focus
• Ability to adapt to broad product requirements and engage in product conceptualization
• Strong problem-solving skills to guide teams through technical challenges
