Job Description:

As an HR Generalist focusing on Talent Acquisition, you will own talent acquisition for different teams, primarily Product and Engineering, and will be a backbone of People Operations by managing the full cycle of personnel administration. Provisionally, this is how your week might look: fifty percent Talent Acquisition, forty percent People Operations, and ten percent People and Company initiatives.

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for various critical functions within the organization.:
- Talent Acquisition: You will manage the end-to-end hiring process for roles across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing, focusing on technical hiring., Employee Life Cycle: You will guide employees through Onboarding, Retention, Development and Learning initiatives, and Offboarding experiences., Stakeholder Management: You will serve as a partner for employees and team leads, providing guidance and support on People-related topics., People and Company Projects: You will contribute to maintaining high motivation levels through various innovative projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:
