Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Global CCR Performance Analyst, based at our headquarters in Heidelberg, reporting to the RMC Improvement Manager Finance & Sustainability. This role is pivotal in supporting the Global CCR Finance & Sustainability team with corporate reporting and analytics related to RMC financial performance, sustainability, and other key performance indicators. The position involves close collaboration with various departments across the organization as well as country organizations.

Your Next Challenge:
- Prepare, validate, and analyze data for RMC Group financial and sustainability reporting, Conduct ad-hoc analyses on financial, sustainability, or operational KPIs, Support global RMC performance improvement initiatives through data analysis and assessment, Develop management presentations and assist in creating project documentation and materials related to RMC financials and sustainability, Maintain connections with relevant Group functions and effectively utilize their systems for RMC data, Serve as a point of contact for CCR Area departments regarding RMC financial performance and sustainability topics

Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance
- Business Administration
- Engineering
- or a related field
- Previous experience in a corporate environment
- ideally in finance or controlling
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
- Well-organized and self-motivated with robust project management capabilities
- Excellent communication skills to engage with all levels of hierarchy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- especially Excel
- Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in German is an advantage
