We are seeking a motivated and experienced team leader for our Upgrades Sales Team within the Aftersales department. You will be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the global aftersales growth strategy.:

    Lead a team of Technical Sales Specialists, Ensure sales of upgrade products align with budget goals, including monitoring and managing the upgrades sales pipeline, Assist in the budget process and aftersales business plan, including forecasting in collaboration with regional teams, Act as a technical liaison between customers and the company's engineering, manufacturing, and program management teams, Research and understand customer technical requirements, Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations to customers and internal stakeholders, highlighting unique selling propositions and customer benefits, Develop pricing and contractual requirements

Qualifications:
