Hardware Test Architect

Job Description:

As a Hardware Test Architect, you will be responsible for leading the testing strategy and execution for our hardware solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and implement testing protocols.:

    Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for hardware products, Collaborate with R&D teams to define test parameters and performance benchmarks, Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment on testing objectives, Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for product improvement

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor
  • Master's degree
  • or PhD in engineering or an equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated professional experience in R&D

  • Experience in mobile communication technology
  • such as antennas and radios
  • is highly advantageous
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong passion for teamwork and collaboration
  • Experience in People Management is essential

  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate change and transformation targeting operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in managing stakeholders at all levels
