As the Head of Business Sector Refractive Laser, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction and operational execution of the sector.:
- Develop and implement the business strategy in alignment with the overall direction of the Strategic Business Unit, identifying growth opportunities and closing deals in collaboration with business development teams, Formulate the business sector strategy for the ZEISS Medical Ecosystem, focusing on refractive workflow solutions, products, and services based on customer needs and market conditions, Drive strategic priorities for the refractive business, establishing new workflow solutions and ensuring a long-term intellectual property strategy for competitive advantage, Continuously monitor market developments and customer behavior to identify profitable opportunities, Articulate a clear vision and strategy for the business sector and ensure efficient structures and processes, Ensure alignment with R&D, regulatory, and clinical operations to implement global projects from feasibility to market introduction

Qualifications:
- University degree in natural sciences or engineering
