Meaningful & Challenging - Your Tasks:

Lead and inspire a team of Scrum Masters and DevOps coaches to aid the IT organization's transformation journey., Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive DevOps transformation strategy aligned with a transition to a cloud-based operating model., Provide mentorship and coaching to team members and leaders on DevOps best practices, equipping them with necessary tools and knowledge., Drive cultural initiatives to facilitate a shift towards product-centric and cross-functional team structures, enhancing communication across teams., Implement and refine DevOps processes, establish metrics and KPIs, promote continuous improvement, and stay updated on industry trends in DevOps and cloud practices.

Qualifications:

• At least eight years of experience in software development or IT roles with a strong emphasis on DevOps practices.

• Demonstrated success in driving DevOps transformations within large organizations
• showcasing the ability to make critical decisions and manage complex scenarios effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of DevOps methodologies
• including CI/CD
• automation
• infrastructure as code
• containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• as well as cloud-native development and Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent leadership
